The Floating Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of the Community Banker 1s, 2s and Community Associates on the float staff, including but not limited to the training, mentoring, and scheduling to support branch needs. This individual will train and mentor the float staff to ensure delivery of JBT’s SMILE Standards and must have knowledge of and compliance with the laws, regulations and bank policies. Communication and coordination of the staff with the manager/assistant manager and the Branch Team Leader is of utmost importance in maintaining an exemplary level of customer service in the branch.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and proficiency MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
