The Client Resource Center (CRC) Specialist I is responsible to develop and maintain a proactive sales and service culture for Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. while providing technical, procedural and general support for JBT branch staff. The primary responsibilities of this position are to serve as a point person to directly or indirectly enhance customer relationships and to provide high quality service and problem solving skills for routine customer transactions. This individual will have a wide range of duties including but not limited to responding to incoming client calls, actively seeking out and meeting their banking needs by having a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of JBT policies, products and services. This individual will work closely with other departments to provide options for client and branch requests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year banking experience
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone presentation and communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and proficiency MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
- Account opening knowledge and skills, including business accounts
