Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible to lead assigned branch team(s) to achieve branch and bank growth goals through sales planning, employee coaching and individual production. This individual will have a wide range of duties including but not limited to insuring safety and soundness of branch operations including physical security, facilities management, branch operations, audit, compliance standards, signage and branch marketing initiatives. The Branch Manager will professionally manage branch human resources (include hiring, scheduling, time/attendance, supervision, training, performance reviews, corrective action, terminations and employee development), proactively generate consumer loan, residential mortgage and small business loan applications, gather deposits and sell all bank products and services, perform underwriting duties and make credit decisions within authority guidelines, proactively call on local business prospects and clients to develop new business and retain and grow existing clients relationships, and actively participate in the local community to positively position the bank.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

  • Ability to coach, train and develop personnel

  • Thorough knowledge of branch operations to coordinate the daily functioning of the branch

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and proficiency MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
