The
Loan Workout Officer is responsible for performing various collection and
workout duties related to the Credit Administration function on more complex
relationships, coordinating work within the department and other departments,
reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, responding to
inquiries or requests for information, providing guidance and on the job
training to less experienced staff, and assisting the immediate supervisor with
administrative tasks to support department operations. Candidates for this
position must use effective and professional human relations, communications,
lending and analytical skills to present a positive image consistent with the
Bank’s SMILE Standards.
