We have an excellent career opportunity at our store location in Spencer, Iowa! We are currently accepting applications for a full-time leadership role in our Diesel Service & Repair Shop.

The Service Shop Manager will help direct, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service & Repair Shop. This management-level position is responsible for leading a team of Service Technicians and Fabricators on a daily basis. This position also works closely with our General Manager on business growth, productivity, & profitability strategies focused on customer retention and increased market share in the Iowa Great Lakes region.

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Hours are generally 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours required!  

Compensation: This position pays a base wage + semiannual bonus. Total compensation (base + bonus) will range from $90,000 to $105,000/year. Compensation will be dependent upon experience level and qualifications.
