D1 Training is known as “The Place for the Athlete.” It is a results-driven facility that offers over 20+ years of experience and has trained over 1,000 professional athletes. Team-training, personal-training, corporate wellness, youth fitness, etc.

We are a recreational club for adults 21+. We organize different sports leagues all year round, as well as daily tournaments. We support local businesses through corporate teams and sponsorships. We also gather to socialize at these local businesses.

VYF is a boutique fitness studio specializing in strength and conditioning plus infrared heated hot yoga and barre. VYF is a 7,000 sq ft facility with three separate fitness studios, men's and women's locker rooms and a retail boutique.
