Group personal training with over 35 classes per week.  Heart-rate based high intensity interval training including treadmills, rowing suspension training and weight exercises.

 

PhyAFit is a mobile wellness company made up of two physical therapists, Cristina Morales and Kristy Jones. They use their training to create a better-than-physical therapy experience by working with people to address all aspects of physical wellness in addition to any injury.  

PhyAFit provides on-site treatment for patient convenience, comfort and privacy. Cristina and Kristy work with people with or without injury who are highly motivated and looking for excellent guidance in exercise for overall health.

They specialize in treatment of adults, elderly with strength or balance issues, pregnant and postpartum women, young athletes at least 14 y.o. and all post-op and orthopedic injuries.
