News from Hollywood: 

Come join us for an exciting movie-themed "Backstage Pass" Vacation Bible School, July 7 - 11 at First Presbyterian Church, from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  There will be classes for children who have finished Pre-K through 6th grade.  A meal will be provided each night at 5:30.  

Big screen stars are gathering on location in beautiful, sunny Wharton, Texas, so you don't want to miss it!  Grab your cameras and come on down to the First Presbyterian Church  to take advantage of photo opportunities.  The names of the stars have not been disclosed, but sources tell me fans will not be disappointed.  The film will premier on Thursday night, July 11, at 5:30 on location at First Presbyterian Church.   Kids are encouraged to dress up like stars on this last night; princess wear and superhero suits are totally appropriate.  This is optional, of course.   Use your imagination and shop our local resale boutiques for options.  This VBS is co-sponsored by First Presbyterian, St. Paul Lutheran, and St. Thomas' Episcopal.
