James 'Boogie' Sterling Memorial Golf Tournament & Raffle

 
Join us for this 4-PERSON SCRAMBLE hosted by the Boling District Improvement Association. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the operations of the Boling Community Center, Boling Community Fellowship Hall and St. Josephs' Pavilion.

TWO NEW CONTESTS have been added to our tournament this year!!:

1) HOLE-IN-ONE on Hole #6 will win a new BUICK ENCORE SUV!
~ Thanks to the generosity of DON ELLIOTT AUTOWORLD

2) $50,000 HOLE-IN-ONE SHOOT-OUT CONTEST: after the tournament. Seven (7) lucky players will qualify

PLUS: Cash Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Teams. Prizes also awarded for Closest to the Pin, Fantasy Golf Scratch-off Cards and Raffle winners.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE - October 31, 2017
Space is limited to the first 18 teams.

• Hamburger Lunch Buffet after play
• Awards, Prizes & Shoot-out Contest after tournament 

FEES & EXTRAS:
• Entry fee = $300 per team ($75 per player)*
• Cart fee = $ 40 each
^ Bulldog Drive = $ 40 per team
• Raffle tickets = $1 each 
• Scratch-off Cards = $5 each (-or-) $10 for 3

* Entry Fee includes: green fees, 2 mulligans per player, 1 complimentary Fantasy Golf scratch-off card per player, light breakfast foods, snacks, hot lunch & bottled water

~ Sodas, Gatorade, Beer & Mixed Drinks will be available for purchase at the Wharton Country Club Bar ~

SPONSORSHIPS for the tournament are also being sought. Sponsor levels range from $50 to $1,000. If you know of a business or individual that would like to make a tax deductible contribution, please contact Teri Rolf for information and a registration brochure.

St. Joseph's Mission Church Fall Festival

Lunch will be a roast beef dinner catered by Ben's Chuck Wagon and tickets are $10. serving will be from 11am-1pm. Drive-thru or dine in. The live auction will begin at 12:30. There will be live music by Al Sulak and the Country Sounds. There will be lots of fun for the whole family such as an auction, cake walk, raffle, kids games, country store and more! bounce house.
