This class is for anyone who wishes to add more tools into their healing toolbox!'RAINDROP technique is a powerful and non-invasive tool for assisting the body in correcting defects in the curvature of the spine. Raindrop Technique originated in the 1980s from the research of Dr. Gary Young, working with a Lakota medicine man named Wallace Black Elk- This therapy integrates Vitaflex technique with the power of essential oils, bringing the body into structural and electrical alignment.' (Essential Oils Desk Reference)Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of Young Living essential oils that enhance the immune system and support the body's natural defenses-- as well as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems. These oils, which are high in antioxidants, are also mood elevating and antiseptic which creates an unfavorable environment for harmful viruses and bacteria that may hibernate in the body. Clark Gardens Annual Train Show
For two days Clark Gardens is all about model trains. Three visiting train clubs will be there with elaborate set ups. A trackless train will be available for rides throughout the park and food vendors on site both days. A must attend event for families!

From sunrise to sunset, studios across the Metroplex participate as a way to welcome people of every age and every fitness level to try yoga for the first time, experience a new style of yoga or share yoga with family and friends.
Indra’s Grace is so delighted to join Free Day of Yoga for our 9th year in a row in the heart of Weatherford just off the square at Houston and Church Street. Classes will be held all morning to help raise awareness of all the wonderful physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. All ages and all levels welcome.
The practice of Yoga empowers people to lead happier, healthier lives.
