A survivor of anxiety, divorce, mental illness, and childhood domestic violence, Farahana’s inspirational story serves as a framework to achieve health and happiness allowing us to show up for our children in our most authentic self. We invite you to be a part of the discussion on what mindfulness really can mean for you and your family. Sports.” restaurant will offer free wings for a year to the first 100 guests in line when doors officially open at 10 a.m. [CT]. Buffalo Wild Wings is known for its mouth-watering wings, wide selection of premium, craft and domestic beers and the ultimate sports viewing atmosphere to local residents.

On 02, July 18 the Dallas restaurant will award the first 100 guests through the door with “Free Wings for a Year.” Winners will receive a coupon book that includes 52 vouchers for an order of snack-sized wings-one order for every week of the year. To receive free wings for a year, local wing fanatics are encouraged to arrive early and must remain present until the doors open to receive the prize.

Bishop Arts Theatre Center presents Denise Lee Sings Miss Simone a special North Texas Giving Day Giving Event & Concert featuring Denise Lee. The concert will feature songs made famous by Nina Simone and more who is the focus of the 25th Anniversary Season opening play, The Champion by Amy Evans.

Join us on Thursday, September 20th at 5:30 for a reception and to make your North Texas Giving Day donation. At 6:00 pm, join us in the theatre where Denise Lee will deliver her take on the iconic music of Nina Simone. Following the concert, the BATC staff & volunteers will be on hand to help patrons with their North Texas Giving Day gifts. This Giving Event & Concert is free to the public and people are encouraged to make their donations to Bishop Arts Theatre Center at this Giving Event.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program-DFW – APPLICATION DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR THIS AMAZING FREE PROGRAM IS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2018

 

The 10,000 Small Businesses program is a $500 million investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing them with greater access to education, financial capital, and business support services. In professional workshops over 12 weeks, business owners will:

                      Learn from some of the brightest minds in business

                      Explore opportunities to access financial capital

                      Build a powerful network of professional support

                      Connect with like-minded business owners for peer-to-peer networking opportunities

Program Criteria:

                      Owner or Co-owner of a business

                      Business in operation for at least two years

                      Business revenues of at least $150,000 in the most recent fiscal year

                      Minimum of four employees, including owner
