The Dripping Springs Knitting Friends gather at the SV Cultural Hub every Thursday morning to knit on personal projects, drink a cup of coffee and enjoy a friendly conversation.

The Fun Stop 5K and Festival — formerly known as Keep Austin Weird Fest & 5K — is the most fun you’ll have at a 5K race event! Come to Tractor Supply this Saturday and meet some of our fantastic dogs and puppies!  You might just meet your new best friend! All available adult dogs have been fully vetted, are heartworm negative, are micro chipped and have been spayed or neutered. Puppies have been vetted, parvo tested, de-wormed and have had their shots current for their age and are micro chipped.  WAG Rescue provides a spay/neuter voucher through Emancipet.

If you are unable to make this adoption event, we are always willing to arrange a meet & greet with our dogs at our Refuge and Adoption Center in Driftwood, TX. Contact us at info@wimberleywagrescue.org and we will set up a convenient time.  WAG Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit public charity for dog rescue and adoption.  Note: Adoption Day may be cancelled due to weather conditions.  Please follow us on Facebook for the latest information.

Emerging Voices Writers Group has come together as a resource for local writers to meet, share, and refine their talents and interests in,

- writing workouts in the form of book studies, story beats studies, and discussing writing practices,

- creating a resource network to share resources & contacts, help flesh & flush out writing ideas, discuss favorite authors and titles, invite expert literary guests, and share members' personal writing projects.

Annual Membership Dues: $60 (to cover venue overhead) Dues can be paid annually or quarterly. In addition, to support the SV Cultural Hub, members will consider patronizing its Coffee Bar and Bookshop.

Meeting Schedule: 2x per Month on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the Month from 7 PM to 9 PM.
