Christmas Eve FOR DRIP

Bringing REAL SNOW to Drip (and more...)

The FOR DRIP movement is hosting a Christmas Eve event for all of Drip. We'll have a Kid's Instant Christmas Peagant*, music and a message, and we'll be selling tamales to support Manos de Cristo. In addition, we'll be packing 1,000 manna packs for the homeless in Austin on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day a group of folks will distribute the packs. 

And as a gift to our Drip Community, we're trucking in REAL SNOW for everyone to enjoy a white Christmas.

Tackle your New Years' resolution to become a better speaker!

Develop speaking and leadership skills in a fun, supportive, peer-mentored environment.

At Tinkergarten, families meet outdoors to connect and learn through play. In this free trial class, Tinkergarten Leader, Sarah Maxwell, will facilitate an expert-designed play scenario, allowing children of various ages and needs to explore, problem solve, communicate, collaborate, and create together. Parents and caregivers learn, too, as we’ll share insight into your child’s development.

This trial class is:

• Designed for children ages 18 months-5 years. Child/children are accompanied by an adult. Siblings of any other age are most welcome.
• Limited to the first 15 families who register.
• Kids may get a bit messy (Hurrah!), so please send them in clothing that can get dirty.
• We start the class at the specified location, but may end within a reasonable walk from that location.

Come to King Feed on Saturday and meet some of our great pups available for adoption.  If you are thinking about adding a furry family member, now is the time.  We have wonderful dogs all looking for their forever homes!    All available adult dogs have been fully vetted, are heartworm negative, are micro chipped and have been spayed or neutered. Puppies have been vetted, parvo tested, de-wormed and have had their shots current for their age and are micro chipped.

If you can’t come to an Adoption Day, we are always willing to arrange a meet & greet with you. Contact us at info@wimberleywagrescue.org and we will set up a convenient time.

 
WAG Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit public charity for dog rescue and adoption.  Note: Adoption Day may be cancelled due to weather conditions.  Please follow us on Facebook for the latest information.
