Monthly meeting of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Investors in the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend. Investor participation is limited to a comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Board members will listen to comments made by investors but will not respond during the meeting. If actions are requested by investors, the Board will consider adding the action to a future board meeting agenda.

Online reviews are more important than ever for your business. Brent will share how to consistently generate 5 star reviews, and what to do when a 1 star review pops up. He will then provide a workshop-style session where you will go through several exercises.

• Lookup, claim and update "Big 3" business profiles where reviews can be generated - Google/Facebook/Yelp

• Identify specific industry review sites that can be of benefit to attendees

• Draft "script" for staff to use when "closing for new reviews" from customers

• Best practices for responding to negative online reviews
