Join Chef Yukon at HIll Country Casitas for a lovely afternoon of Korean cooking in an idyllic hill country setting.

Learn, hands-on the ancient art of Gogigui, and you'll make a delicious menu of dishes just in time for your next fall party!

The menu will include:

• A flavorful green onion salad
• Beef Bulgogi, lettuce wrap style, with red peppers fermented soybean paste, jalapenos, and garlic
• Steamed rice
• Kimchi
• Three melon fruit salad

You'll work hands on, and finish the afternoon dining together in a chef's table experience where Chef Yukon will share her heritage and kitchen stories.

You'll leave with a recipe book, a jar of kimchi, and some new foodie friends!

Monthly meeting of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Investors in the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend. Investor participation is limited to a comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Board members will listen to comments made by investors but will not respond during the meeting. If actions are requested by investors, the Board will consider adding the action to a future board meeting agenda.

The SV Cultural Hub hosts the book club every 4th Thursday of the Month. 

For September we are reading, Lucia Zarate: The Odyssey of the World's Smallest Woman by Cecilia Velastegui.

The Artists Alliance of the Hill Country (AAHC) is spotlighting over 50 juried artists at The SHOW of Dripping Springsas a two-day Fine Art Event. Artists will display their work with musicians performing original songs on stage throughout the two day event. Guest admission and parking to the event is free. Fine Original Artwork will include Digital, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Paintings, Photography, Printmaking, and Woodwork from all over Texas, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and South Dakota. Musicians on stage include Jon Parmentier, Homer Whisenant, Kaitlynn Curtner, Meagan Tubb, April Moyer Hall, Randy Collier, Randy Buster, Jen Zava, James Halfpenny, Shelley King, George Insle, and The Flying A’s with Creekbottom Music Sound Systems by Randy Sulsar.
