Registrants will receive staging/setup information via email prior to the parade. Parade registrants will be judged on the following categories:
a. Theme Adaptation
b. Patriotic Influence
c. Originality
Trophies and recognition will be awarded in all categories.
Registration check-in will be located in the front of Castroville Elementary at 1000 Madrid St.
All registered participants will need to check in beginning at 7:00 a.m. and arrive no later than 8:00 a.m.
You will receive a colored entry number and will be directed to your designated street for line up.
Lineup will begin at 7:30 a.m. on your designated street and conclude at 8:45 a.m.
Late entries may participate in the parade but will not be judged.
Judging will take place near the starting point of the parade in an effort to allow all registered participants to display the full capabilities of their floats as they ride by during the parade.
Registrations must be received no later than June 26th to participate in judging.
Late entries who are not registered may participate if they arrive at Houston Square no later than 8:15 a.m.
