The City of Allen is hosting a WFAA live segment to promote our Money Magazine Best Place ranking on Friday, Dec. 1 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Allen Event Center (side parking/courtyard area unless weather requires us to go inside). We would like to encourage Chamber members to participate in the rally event. We will also be promoting “at large” for residents to come out and join us. The idea is to create a true rally type of event for the live shots they will do that morning for opening and closing. While we will have Money logo signage, we are also telling participating groups that they can bring signage that identifies their group if they so choose.
