My faith and my four beautiful children are the foundation of my life. I have been a competitive athlete since my childhood and have spent the last two decades as a professional fitness trainer with three national certifications in NASM, Cooper, AFAA. My clientele ranges from kids, stay at home mom's to NBA All Stars, NFL Pro Bowler's and Olympic athletes. At 40 years old, I pride myself in being an all natural body builder and have been crowned NPC Texas Natural Champion and NPC National Qualifier. I am passionate about the human body and educating people that age is just a number!
