Presenting:
Dr. Garrigues with Spine Team Texas
David Garrigues, M.D., joins
Spine Team Texas after completing his medical degree at the University of
Texas Southwestern Medical School
in Dallas; internship in internal medicine at UT Southwestern and
Parkland Memorial Hospital; residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (the nation’s top-ranked rehabilitation hospital 25 years and counting); and a fellowship in Pain Management at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and Carolina Pain Institute, where he obtained subspecialty training in advanced spinal interventions with special focus on neuromodulation.
Dr. Garrigues provides nonsurgical spine care and diagnostics to Spine Team Texas patients at the clinic in Allen, Texas. Although Dr. Garrigues was born in France, he considers himself an adopted Texan after coming here for college. "Minus a few years in Chicago and North Carolina for training, I’ve spent more time in Texas than anywhere else” he says. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Married and a father of two, Dr.
Garrigues enjoys cooking for friends and family, and staying active in a
variety of ways. They look forward to
becoming involved in the thriving community of Allen.
