Cooking Class with Brim Leal at Olive Oil Divine
Who Wishes You Could Eat Again With Brim Leal At Bodega 105?

We are honored to start off our 2018 event season with popular Chef & Jazz Musician, Brim Leal. Brim will demonstrate some of his favorite Cuban & Spanish dishes he often served at his restaurant "Bodega 105" in Johnson City. Join us to welcome Brim to our Chef's stage at Olive Oil Divine on Friday, February 16, 2018, 6:30pm.

Many of you likely know Brim as a very talented jazz musician and cook, but for those of you new to his flare, Brim was born in Havana, Cuba where he was always very involved with Spanish cuisine since a young age. He is self taught in the kitchen but developed his unique talent by working throughout his career with great chefs of popular culinary venues. Brim has shared his talent with the public by owning & operating several restaurants and catering businesses throughout the years. He's great at using spices in his dishes, but is careful to never lose the original flavor & essence of the food. Today, you're likely to still find Brim active in special food events, conventional cooking genre, and the music scene. His specialty is Latin/American cuisine, and of course just plain ol' great food!

Chef's menu will consist of:

Cilantro Lime Spanish Gazpacho with a flare of Pesto.
Cuban Marinated Pork with traditional Creamy Chocolaty Black Beans and White Rice
Chocolate Orange Balsamic Strawberries highlighted with a Honey Vanilla Creamed Cheese
Chef Brim will teach you how to prepare these dishes that use our Olive Oil & Balsamic. Get hands-on if you wish! Sample portions of each dish will be served to participants. This is not a full meal.

Sample some Olive Oil Divine's gourmet products during this private event and make it a fun night!
