The ARTRAGEOUS troupe of artists, musicians, singers, and dancers pay tribute to a variety of art forms, pop icons and musical genres culminating in a gallery of fabulous finished paintings. The result? A one of a kind crossover experience!

The signature of the ARTRAGEOUS troupe is interaction and engagement, so be prepared to be a part of the show!

The film is called "Portraits of Professional Caregivers:  Their Passion, Their Pain".  It outlines the efects of and treatment for secondary trauma that many first responders experience related to exposure to traumautic events.  It was written and produced by King Alum, Mr. Vic Compher, LCSW.  

TOSHA’s Dental Local Emphasis Program; 

This half day course will describe TOSHA’s new compliance Local Emphasis Program (LEP) for Dentistry.  It will focus on prevalent hazards and the standards that apply, specifically, exposure to blood, safer medical devices, hazardous chemicals & ergonomics.

Cost is $125 

Citizens are invited to join Senior Services the first and third Friday of each month to dance the night away to live music.  Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., hosts Friday Night Dances from 7-10 p.m. Next up is Kids Our Age on Friday, Oct. 6.

Cost is $5 with a Silver Sneakers discount for eligible participants.  Please pre-register and pay at the MPCC Senior Services desk.

Cray was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame at the age of 57 and is one of the youngest living legends to receive that prestigious honor.
