Laurie Snyder, historian of the PA 47th, will be sharing her extensive research on J.P.S. Gobin and the Pennsylvania 47th. Though not native to Lebanon, Gobin is very significant to Lebanon's history as an attorney, businessman, and 7th lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania.
