Join us for this year's "Celebrating your health Latin Style" at Lebanon Middle School on Saturday October 12, 9-noon.  Start the day with a healthy breakfast complements of Lebanon Family Health Services’s WIC program.  Over 40 vendor booths, health screenings and children's activities will be available.  This year's event will feature an entire room devoted to nutrition.  Learn where sugar hides in our beverages and in the foods we eat every day.  Find ways to enjoy a heart-healthy lifestyle by adding more fiber to your diet.  There will be food demonstrations for the family looking for some healthy ideas that the kids will eat and then go home with a bag of groceries to try them out!  Come on out and get some exercise while dancing the salsa.  Win Prizes in our salsa contest!   Don't miss out on the opportunity to celebrate health Latin Style!
