Creating a Culture that Engages and Retains Millennials

Creating a Culture that Engages and Retains Millennials

Their work habits are different. Their values are different. They care more about work life balance and less about money. They want you to give responsibility rather than earn it. And they are entering the workforce at record rates - they are the millennial generation.

Dale Carnegie Training in partnership with MSW/ASR research conducted a study among millennials to find out what drives engagement with this emerging workforce. Join us for a 90 minute workshop as we uncover the employee engagement drivers that are unique to millennials and learn how you can better develop an environment that helps to engage and retain them.

Engaged millennials are more productive, less likely to leave, and highly likely to recommend your organization to friends and followers on social media. Don't miss this opportunity to begin to engage millennials at your organization.

Trivia Night Fundraiser

Planning is officially underway for HealthLink Dental Clinic’s Trivia Night Fundraiser to be held on Friday, November 6, 2015.

Staff, volunteers, and supporters will come back together for another exciting evening of trivia and friendly competition! The event will once again be hosted by Ann’s Choice in Warminster, and Sounds of Freedom DJ’s II returns to emcee the competition. Last year’s attendees had a wonderful time, and HealthLink is looking forward to bringing together more trivia teams, more baskets for raffle, and more fun.

The planning committee is looking for support from the community to bring the event to life! HealthLink needs additional volunteers to promote the event and collect donations for the basket raffle. Local businesses can support the event through various sponsorship opportunities too. Finally, groups of friends, family, or coworkers can collect items to donate a themed gift basket to be raffled at the event.

All proceeds from the Trivia Night Fundraiser will benefit the expanding free dental clinic for low-income adults. The clinic’s mission was refocused earlier this year resulting in a new name, new logo, and new eligibility requirements. The free clinic now casts an even wider net to provide dental care for qualified adults.
