Grand Opening The Carlisle Combined Area Resource for Emergency Shelter (C.A.R.E.S) will be having a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening for their new facility!   C.A.R.E.S. offers emergency overnight shelter for homless adults and families, and serves as a resource center during the day. The ribbon cutting will take place at 1 PM,  an open house with tours will be given until 8 PM,   light refreshments will be served.
