2020 Medicine Park Art Walk and Flute Festival
The Art Walk will feature the art of over 30 local and regional artists. Pottery, sculpture, paintings, drawings, jewelry and more will be on display and available for purchase. Additionally, food vendors will be on site, along with the Medicine Park’s other great restaurants and shops.
Beginning both days at 9:00 AM, the 11th Annual Flute Festival will begin at the Island Stage with a scheduled Open Mic session going until 11:30 AM. The flute music will pick back up at 1:00 PM on the Island Stage with scheduled Open Mic performances until 6:30 PM, at which time the three headliners – Timothy Nevaquaya, Calvert Nevaquaya, and Gabby Nagel – will perform on the Main Stage. In addition to the 11 scheduled open mic performers, there will be time between 2:00 and 2:15 PM allotted for walk-on performances.
The Medicine Park Art Walk and Flute Festival is free to
attend and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs
and/or blankets for use while watching performances. Paid parking is available
at the field on West Lake Drive.
