Have you had to deal with angry, hostile, or noncompliant customers? This workshop will provide you with tips, phrases, and behaviors that help defuse tense situations rather than escalate them. This workshop is tailored to helping businesses and their customers with issues arising from enforcing the mask mandate, or even an individual business decision requiring masks in the event the mandate is eventually lifted, but can also apply to other life situations.
