Calendar of Events

**For the month of November, all class fees will be donated towards the Warriors at Ease organization that helps trains yoga and meditation teachers on evidence-based, trauma-informed techniques to help serve the military community.**

As a yoga instructor, this training was life-changing for me and helped guide me in my mental health career.  I can't speak enough good things about it.

This is an all levels class designed to transform your mind, body, and spirit. Each class will have challenging poses, yummy stretches, and mindfulness practices. Bring a mat and a friend!
