Last gourd workshop of the year!

Space is limited.
In this two-day class led by John Hernandez, an artist, and the museum's Executive Director, students learn how to transform an ordinary gourd into a unique expression of their own creativity. From coloration to stitching and weaving pine needles, the classes are suitable for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.
The cost is $90.00 for Museum members and $100.00 for non-members.
Registration includes gourds, supplies, and lunch on Saturday.
Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Mark and drill holes; coat inner surface with stain; apply ink dyes; learn split-stitching on practice gourds.
Sunday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Split-stitch gourds and discuss design techniques.

You may register in person, or by telephone at 580-581-3460. Please note the Museum of the Great Plains reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshop dates. Registered participants will be notified in advance.
Your reservation is not complete until the museum receives full payment. Until that time, you will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you when your registration is complete.
Payments are non-refundable
If you cannot attend a class, you may be able to
