Hey BDCF Family and Friends!

BDCF hits the trail!!

We are taking our workout outdoors for an awesome trail run in the Witchita Wild Life Refuge.

Just the same as last time we will be meeting up at LOVES travel shop right outside the Wichita Wildlife refuge at 8:30 am.

Please prepare to arrive there promptly as we will all be leaving there together to head to the trail.

A little FYI before we hit the trail!!
Be aware that this is an outside run

Please make sure to come prepared with:

Lots of water
Make sure you eat even bring a snack for after if you feel you will need it.
Wear the proper shoes
SPF
Properly dressed for the weather
Ready to have fun
