This class will help you deal with issues such as pain, fatigue, and inability to sleep. Instructors share activities that will help to improve strength, exercise, endurance, and safe use of medications. Ways to communicate effectively with family, friends, and health care professionals will also be part of the presentation.
WHAT TO BRING
You are welcome to bring something on which to take notes. We will provide take-home materials for all the information we cover in class.
