Calendar of Events

An evening designed to inform and empower new mamas or mamas-to-be!  This class will be focused on things you can do post-partum to help with things like breastfeeding, hormonal balance, baby's ability to latch, and ways to carry your precious little one without causing unnecessary stress to your body.  Dr. Ashley Bredy, DC and Dr. Alexis Banducci, ND, CLC are excited to be teaming up to present this information and support the families of Southwest Oklahoma through natural health!  There will be raffle prizes, snacks, refreshments, and a lot of community.  Everyone is welcome! Please RSVP so that we can prepare and accommodate for everyone!
