Tai Chi for Seniors
Monday, May 6 to Thursday, June 13; 10:00 am – 11:00 am
This class meets Mondays & Thursdays for six weeks. The movements of tai chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance & flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body & spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.

Classes are provided by Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI), Dept of Geriatric Medicine, OUSC.
