Enrollment is now open for the second session of Yoga 101 for 2019. This session starts on Tuesday, April 2nd and ends on Thursday, May 9th. The classes meet from 7-8 pm each Tuesday and Thursday during the six weeks. We teach proper breathing techniques, proper alignment of poses, and a little meditation as well.

Yoga 101 is by enrollment only and the cost is $110 for the 6 week session. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by the end of the introductory meeting in order to hold a spot in the class. The introductory meeting will take place at 5:30 pm on Monday, March 25th and will last approximately 45 minutes. If you are unable to attend the introductory meeting, but still want to enroll, just let us know and we will make arrangements.
