The Holy City of the Wichitas is home to North America's longest continuously running Easter Pageant, "The Prince of Peace." Since 1926, the Easter Pageant has kept alive the true story of the birth, life, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The play will start at approximately 8:00 pm (dusk) and will run until approximately 11:30 pm. Dress warm, bring chairs and snacks. In recent years there have been food trucks for audience members to buy food, more on that when it gets closer to April. We ask that all domestics (dogs, cats etc) be left at home. It is a wildlife refuge and bison and other wild animals might be in the area.
There are NO TICKETS REQUIRED. We are a non profit that relies on public support and donations. So, we do accept donations at the gate.
We here at the Holy City are very thankful and appreciative of community support. We look forward to hosting another year of the Prince of Peace Easter Pageant. Blessings and see you there!
