West Side Three Mile Thursday

Classic Lawton Chevrolet hosts the West Side Three Mile Thursday on the 3rd Thursday of the month (I know this is usually the same Thursday as Business After Hours) We meet on the showroom floor and the run starts at 5:30pm. The runners run south along 82nd street to the last neighborhood before the railroad tracks (Wyatt Village Blvd) and take a right, make a loop thru the neighborhood and run back to Classic. This is a 3 mile run and when they get back we have refreshments and light bites for them to have while they socialize with one another.

You are invited to a Public Forum for the upcoming proposition that will be on the ballot January 8^th. This proposition will allow additional uses of the 2016 Capital Improvements Sales Tax – to incorporate critical Information Technology improvements for the City of Lawton, as well as infrastructure development and improvements aimed at attracting new industry to Lawton – will go to a vote of the people on January 8, 2019. This forum will allow citizens to learn more about the proposition and have questions answered.

This event is hosted by Young Professionals of Lawton and League of Women Voters. Please feel free to forward this e-mail along, the more people the better. We must be informed when we go vote.
