- 5:45-6:15: Meet the Mayor and the City Leadership, Proclamation by the Mayor
- 6:15-6:30: Move to the Great Plains Museum
- 6:30-7:00 Meet with the Museums Director and engage in a conversation about Oklahomas Origin and Past Development . In this context learn more about the current situation of Native Americans in Oklahoma. Meet representatives of tribes living in the area and engage in the discussion.
- 7:00-7:05: Move to dinner location (on site)
- 7:00-8:00: Dinner; followed by Discussion with the Mayor and other City Leaders, followed by Q&A. Topic: Economic and Political Situation of Small Cities in Oklahoma - Past and Present

On December 6th, we will host the upcoming “Ware on C” community event, which will have the look and feel of a local block party to encourage community members to embrace what downtown Lawton has to offer. This Ware On C will have an all-new lineup of activities, live entertainment, giveaways and many opportunities to shop local businesses ahead of the holiday season. The Ware on C community event will take place on 4th & 5th and C Avenue from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
