This session starts on Tuesday, July 31st and ends on Thursday, September 6th. The classes meet from 7-8 pm each Tuesday and Thursday during the six weeks. We teach proper breathing techniques, proper alignment of poses, and a little meditation as well. Yoga 101 is by enrollment only and the cost is $110 for the 6 week session. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by the end of the introductory meeting in order to hold a spot in the class. The introductory meeting will take place at 5:30 pm on Monday, July 23rd and will last approximately 45 minutes.
