The Time Management workshop will cover strategies to help participants learn these crucial strategies. Your participants will be given a skill set that include personal motivation, delegation skills, organization tools, and crisis management.

About the Speaker:
Mary DeLello brings 25 years of experience in the areas of leadership education, effective group facilitation, instructional design and organizational development to her workshops. Presenting internationally on such topics as Leadership, Teambuilding, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Presentation Skills and Coaching, Mary is able to build rapport with diverse groups of attendees from the shop floor employees through executive management. Mary has facilitated over 450 workshops in the past 15 years with an emphasis on coaching and Leadership development.
Using excellent communication skills and an extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, Mary involves her audience in an enjoyable and memorable learning experience. Her use of experiential activities fully engages the learners so that they can internalize and then apply the learning objectives to real life situations. She is a certified facilitator for DDI (Development Dimensions International) and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.
