Ribbon Cutting - The Pathfinder Church - Play Differently

Ribbon Cutting - The Pathfinder Church - Play Differently

On Tuesday, April 2, Autism Awareness Day, The Pathfinder Church (formerly called St. John’s) will be celebrating the Ribbon Cutting for Play Differently from 11 am - noon. PlayDifferently is a sensory and motor area that contains equipment that provides calming and regulation for special needs kids. Play Differently allows children and teens of all abilities to play with a purpose in a therapeutic environment.

This is a solution for 50% of the families that have to stay home on Sunday mornings because they do not have a place where their special needs child can attend worship services. Play Differently is open every Sunday during The Pathfinder service times. In the near future, Play Differently will be offering parents a free respite on Saturdays from their tireless duties of care taking.

Bring plenty of business cards for great connecting, enjoy light refreshments, and we look forward to seeing you there. Ribbon cutting will take place at 11:30 AM.
