48-HOUR DOMESTIC RELATIONS MEDIATION TRAINING
ABOUT THE TRAINING
Are you looking for a comprehensive basic divorce and custody mediation class that meets state requirements? Through a combination of lecture, simulation, discussion, and role plays this 48-hour, six-day interactive training will take participants through the process of divorce and custody mediation from the orientation session to the completed memorandum of agreement. Included is the 8-Hour Domestic Violence Screening Training which is also a qualification requirement for domestic relations mediators. The 8-Hour Domestic Violence Screening Training may be purchased separately.

CIRCUIT COURT ROSTER QUALIFICATION
This training is the first step for any individual who wishes to mediate privately or for the circuit courts. This training is approved by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO). Upon completion of the training, individuals will receive a certificate of completion.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
OMC provides practical experience packages (for a fee) to individuals who wish to apply to be on the circuit court list of mediators.
