SACC Craft Beer Event (Tickets are 2 for 1! Online Only!)
The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its first ever Craft Beer Tasting in partnership with Shorecraft Beer, and sponsored by Salisbury University Downtown Art Galleries. February has been deemed “Febrewary, Craft Beers Lovers Month” locally and around Delmarva and this tasting will celebrate craft brewing as a key economic driver for Maryland.
The event will feature thirteen breweries, offering unlimited tastings.
Heavy gourmet hors d’oeuvres by Chef Toby Gilbert of Gilbert's Provisions included in the ticket price!
Menu includes:
Local Farm Deviled Eggs with Old Bay and Paddlefish Caviar-
Mini Pilsner Beer-guettes with Prosciutto, Gruyere and Aioli
Confit Chicken Wings with Hopped Hot Sauce and Malted Crema
Pennsylvania Rabbit Rillete with Golden raisin and Hefeweizen on Barley Crackers with Sultana Jelly
Porter Beer and Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese Dip with Pretzel Crackers. It will be held at the Salisbury University Downtown Art Gallery, at 212 W. Main Street Salisbury, Maryland, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This is open to the public, and tickets are $40 for Chamber members and $50 for future Chamber members.
