Join us at Old Colony YMCA Plymouth Branch, 2 Greenside Way South (GPS use 237 Wareham Road), Plymouth, for Our Summer Sizzle Pop Up Class Series! On Friday, July 27th, at 8:30a-9:30a, we are hosting Yin Yoga with Alyson for 60-minutes of fun for Adults! Free to YMCA Members and $10 per Adult for Non-Members. Find balance in your practice and peace in your body through yin. Poses will be held longer, targeting connective tissues and allowing for a deeper release and sense of calm.
