Program participants are invited to join sanctuary staff at the overlook for food and drinks from 3:30pm-5:00pm. All walks and food (birthday cake, veggies and hummus, chips, and more) are free with a suggested donation of $6 per person or $20 per family of five. Independent Fermentations will have beer and kombucha for purchase. Registration is not required, but is greatly appreciated for planning purposes.

The following programs will leave from the Tidmarsh parking lot at 60 Beaver Dam Road (*The sunset hike will depart from the overlook and end at the parking lot).

1:45pm-4:00pm Meadow Planting - The restoration continues! Get your hands dirty and help us continue to rewild the sanctuary by planting native plants grown right here on site. The planting starts with a free workshop on native plants!

2:00pm-4:00pm Adult Guided Hike - Join us for a hike around the sanctuary, get oriented to our trails, and observe the flora and fauna that call Tidmarsh home!

2:00pm-4:00pm Family Nature Walk - This family friendly nature hike will feature a shorter walk on our trail system with fun activities and exploration along the way!

3:30pm-5:00pm Birthday Party- Can't make it for an earlier activity? No problem! Meet us at the overlook for the Tidmarsh birthday celebration!

5:00pm-6:30pm Sunset Hike*- Experience the beauty of the sanctuary in a whole new light by rounding out your evening with a sunset hike along the marsh in the crisp autumn air.
