On Wednesday, July 18th, at 6:30p-7:30p, we are hosting P90X Live with Bridget for 60 minutes of fun for Adults! Free to YMCA Members and $10 per Adult for Non-Members.  This class is 60 minutes of power through full-body strength and cardio alongside others determined to reach their fitness goals with P90X Live.  This is a todal-body workout that will keep your body guessing and transforming with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.  Modifications are shown so great for all levels of fitness.
