Active Older Adults Sampler Class at the Old Colony YMCA Plymouth Branch, 2 Greenside Way South (GPS 237 Wareham Road), Plymouth, MA.  Come on in and try out our group fitness classes offered for Active Older Adults (also great for those new to group fitness).    There will be 10-minute samples of each of the Active Older Adult classes that we offer our members.  This free sampler is for both members and non-members.
