Grumpy's Cranberry Harvest 5k

Enjoy this nature lover’s trail run/walk around the cranberry bogs held each November during cranberry country’s favorite time of year! Children, adults, runners, walkers, nature enthusiasts, environmentalists, and cranberry lovers will enjoy this beautiful route while learning some berry fun facts along the way! Proceeds benefit the Cranberry Educational Foundation.

South Shore Community Action Council's 4th Annual Pumpkin Ru

THE RACE IS ON TO END HUNGER ON THE SOUTH SHORE!  
SSCAC is hosting its 4th Annual Pumpkin Run/Walk to End Hunger. Proceeds will help SSCAC fight hunger and food insecurity so that every child, family, and senior on the South Shore has enough food to grow, live, and thrive! We'll also be collecting food donations, so don't forget to bring a non-perishable food item!

FUN FOR EVERYONE!
* Snap a selfie in the Pumpkin Run photo booth!
* Hang out with Gobbles, the Plymouth Pilgrims Mascot!
* Have fun with arts, crafts, and face-painting!
* Celebrate the season with colorful costumes and festive running/walking gear!
* VIP Team tents and perks!
* T-shirts for everyone!
* Custom-designed medals for top male and female finishers in each age bracket, hand-crafted by Chickie Celli of Claychick pottery studio in Plymouth.

TEAM-BUILDING

Gather up your friends, co-workers, and family members to form a team of 10 or more and get a dedicated VIP Team Tent. With an award for the biggest team, SSCAC's Pumpkin Run is a great way for committed business leaders and employees to get involved and give back!

BIB/SWAG BAG PICK UP

Pre-race bib/swag bag pick up on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 3pm-7pm at Marathon Sports, 38 Long Pond Road, Plymouth. You will also be able to pick up your bib at the registration table on the morning of the event.

$15 for youth under 18
$25 for adults 18 and older

$30 for adults 18 and older

We are inviting fans of the band which features Lloyd Rosenberg, Mike Landers and Sherry Malone to join us for our tenth year reuninon AND a gathering of owners, customers, friends & family of the Run of the Mill Tavern.

Santa VIP Train Package

Santa VIP Train Package

Enter the whimsical world of Edaville Family Theme Park an hour early with our Santa VIP Package. This package includes admission to the entire park including Christmas Festival of Lights & Thomas Land. Join Santa Claus on the Santa VIP train for a fun and festive journey around Edaville. Each VIP package includes a name badge so that Santa will know each and every person! Every child will receive one on one time with Santa, along with a special wrapped gift. As the train arrives back at the station, select rides will be open!

Please Note: All tickets for the Santa VIP Train Package must be purchased through the Santa VIP ticket page to ensure your seat is reserved. Edaville requests that all Santa VIP Package holders are in line for the train at the train depot by 1:05 PM, as the train departs promptly at 1:15. Discounts not accepted. 

Santa VIP Packages are available to be booked for Saturdays and Sundays, as well as December 24th.

Make it Better with Cranberries Cooking Contest

The A.D. Makepeace Company, the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers' AssociationTrucchi’s Supermarkets, and edible SOUTH SHORE and SOUTH COAST magazine, invite you to enter the annual Make It Better with Cranberries Cooking Contest.

Each year, selected recipes are put together in a recipe book that is published by Rock Village Publishing, Middleborough, MA.  The books will be available for sale in the spring by Cape Cod Cranberry Growers’ Association, A.D. Makepeace Company, and Trucchi’s Supermarkets. Proceeds from book sales benefit the Cranberry Educational Foundation.

Winter Lights

 ??The 7th Annual Winter Lights 5K will take place on Friday, December  7th, 2018.  Join Santa and the Town of Plymouth for the annual tree  lighting on Main Street as part of the Christmas in Historic Plymouth  Celebration.  When the tree lights go on, the race begins.  Run through  the downtown and along the waterfront for this early evening event to  celebrate the start of the holiday season.  The race will begin at  approximately 6:15 pm

Brunch with Santa

Parents, do you need time to catch up on your holiday shopping? Send the kids to Camp Y-Koda to visit with Santa Clause and participate in holiday craft making, sledding and other winter activities. Santa Claus will stop by for a big pancake brunch with children. Milk and fruit will also be provided. Children must be dropped off and picked up at camp.

Winter Break Day Camp

Are you looking for something fun for your kids to do during winter break? Send them to Camp Y-Koda to enjoy the brisk winter air and great outdoor activities. We will spend the days sledding, snowshoeing, building forts and keeping warm around campfires. Please provide a bag lunch and a snack each day. Camp will provide milk. Please bring adequate clothing to spend a lot of time outdoors. Pre-Registration is required. This camp is offered to ages 4-12. 

There is no bussing for this camp. Children must be dropped off and picked up at Camp Y-Koda daily. 

Extended care at Camp Y-Koda is from 7:30am-8:30am and 4:00pm-5:30pm for an additional fee of $5.00 per day.
