How To Catch ‘em, How To Keep ‘em ©

How to Catch ‘em.  How to Keep ‘em.
A 3 Part Workshop to Help Business Owners Attract and Retain Great Employees

Summary:  We have an employment crisis looming.  Companies cannot attract, motivate and retain good employees. The job landscape is changing and we need new ways to cope with this massive people shift.
·The Baby Boomers are exiting the workforce taking 50 years of achievement oriented, workforce stability with them.
·The Millennial's already make up over 50% of the workforce and have very different ideas about work.

And as we navigate this massive change in our workforce, we do so with Employee Engagement still at an alarmingly low 30% despite years of effort to improve it.
