Summary:  We have an employment crisis looming.  Companies cannot attract, motivate and retain good employees. The job landscape is changing and we need new ways to cope with this massive people shift.
·The Baby Boomers are exiting the workforce taking 50 years of achievement oriented, workforce stability with them.
·The Millennial's already make up over 50% of the workforce and have very different ideas about work.
·The concept of the job is changing and management methods are not keeping pace.
And as we navigate this massive change in our workforce, we do so with Employee Engagement still at an alarmingly low 30% despite years of effort to improve it.

Children Making Strides is Southeastern Massachusetts premier ABA agency, and has been providing services for children on the Autism spectrum since 1999.  Services provided from Children Making Strides are clinical in nature.  We are not a replacement for the services that your child should be receiving in your local school, but rather serve as an adjunct to those services, helping your child reach his or her full potential.

Our parent support programs provide resources where parents can exchange ideas, get information and provide support to each other. Through our parent support groups, training seminars and mentoring program there is always a place that a parent can find help and encouragement.

Starting a busines is hard, so you may want to consider attending the SCORE Business Startup BootCamp. The SCORE Business Startup Bootcamp provides an overview of what you need to consider when you are planning to start a new business. It is designed to help you go from business concept to "opening the doors".
The Morning Session is a 3 hour interactive presentation, given by experienced SCORE counselors in each of the areas discussed. This session will give you a clearer understanding of what is necessary to run a business.
Key Topics include:
-Entrepreneurship: is it for you?
-Is your business concept reasonable?
-What is a business plan? How to decide if you need one? And key items to include.
-Building your financial plan and options for financing your business
-Key questions about finding customers - how you'll market your business to get sales
