Paul Silvestri will be educating us on these fine whiskies! Enjoy appetizers during cocktail hour then a buffet dinner and bourbon presentation. Paul Silvestri is castle brands’ finest whiskey educator and the New England District manager. Paul’s extensive knowledge of the distilling process and each distillery will educate your mind while the fabulous whiskies excite your palette.

Each week, using models, we'll learn how to care for or study a different type of animal animal (see website for themes). Best suited for ages 8-14. Program lasts 45-60 minutes.
